Sinead Reed-Forrester is a Visual Anthropologist, tutor, and specialist mentor with accreditations in NLP coaching, counselling, and neurodiversity. She has over a decade of experience in wellbeing, disability, and mental health across education and the arts, including work with Asend Education, UAL, UCL, The Open University, and Wellcome Collection.

She founded InnerMap to offer more personalised, holistic support for young people — recognising that every person thinks, feels, learns, and grows differently.

Paula Samantha - Adolecent Psychotheraphy and Counsellor

Paula is a child and adolescent counsellor and psychotherapist with over ten years of experience in the education sector. Her work is rooted in supporting young people’s mental health, emotional development, and overall well-being.

Through her therapeutic background and experience in education, Paula brings a compassionate, grounded approach to helping young people better understand themselves, manage emotions, and build healthier relationships
