The InnerMap Summer Programme for Teens is a supportive 4-week online programme for ages 12–16, designed to help young people better understand who they are, what matters to them, how they manage emotions, and how they build healthier relationships.
Through The Blueprint Method, teens will explore identity, authenticity, values, boundaries, social media, emotional well-being, communication, and confidence — giving them practical tools to better support themselves in everyday life.
Each young person receives their own guided InnerMap Blueprint Journal PDF to use throughout the programme.

Week 1: Who Am I?
Self-awareness, identity, authenticity and self-concept
Teens explore how they see themselves, what makes them unique, and how to better understand their own story.
Journal focus:
Identity prompts, strengths reflection and “Who am I?” mapping.
Week 2: Values, Boundaries & Social Safety
Values, likes, dislikes, boundaries and support systems
Teens explore what matters to them, what feels safe or unsafe, and how to recognise the people, places and habits that support their well-being.
Journal focus:
Values map, boundaries reflection, trusted people and safe spaces.
Week 3: Emotions, Triggers & Well-Being Tools
Managing emotions, triggers, glimmers and regulation strategies
Teens learn how to understand their emotions, recognise triggers, and build practical tools for managing stress, overwhelm or difficult feelings.
Journal focus:
Triggers and glimmers, emotion tracking and personalised well-being hacks.
Week 4: Relationships, Confidence & My Blueprint
Communication, relationships, independence, strengths and future self
Teens explore how they relate to themselves, friends, parents and others. They bring everything together into their own InnerMap Blueprint.
Journal focus:
Communication reflection, confidence prompts and final personal Blueprint plan.

This programme is not therapy or clinical mental health treatment. It is a structured self-development and well-being programme designed by and adolescence psychologist and coach with recent DBS checks to help young people build self-awareness, emotional language, confidence and practical tools for everyday life.
The programme is designed to be supportive, reflective and age-appropriate.
